FAQ
Where can I notate my dietary restrictions?
Please use our website to RSVP, and you can notate your dietary restrictions there.
When should I book my travel?
We recommend booking as soon as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the bride and groom. Please see our Travel & Stay section on the website for further information.
If I need to renew my passport, when should I do that?
As soon as possible! It typically takes about 8-12 weeks to renew your passport by mail in the US.
What if my plane lands late that night on Thursday, 6.29.2023?
The welcome drinks and pizza is casual, so don’t worry about showing up late. We are just excited to have you at our wedding!
Can I stay at the Masseria Calderisi before or after the wedding?
Absolutely. To make a reservation at the Masseria Calderisi, please check their website, or reach out via email at reservation@masseriacalderisi.com.
If you’re not in the wedding party, please be aware that you can only stay at the hotel prior or post the wedding, as the wedding party will be taking over the hotel the afternoon of Thursday June 29 to the morning of Sunday, July 2.
If I’m staying at another hotel, can I still use the facilities at the Masseria Calderisi?
Yes! Please think of the Masseria Calderisi as your second home for the weekend.
Are there any events that are just for the wedding party?
The only event that isn’t open to everyone is the wedding rehearsal on Friday 6.30.2023. This will take place in the olive grove prior to the rehearsal dinner, and will be less than 1-hour. Otherwise, every single event (the welcome party, the rehearsal dinner, and the wedding) is for every guest at our wedding.
What about COVID?
All of our events will take place outside where everyone should be able to enjoy the festivities safely. In addition, as we get closer to the wedding, we’ll be keeping a close eye on CDC and WHO guidance and we’ll let you know about any specific COVID related protocols or recommendations.
What are the times for every event?
Times for every event, as well as the shuttle schedule, are listed on the website under “weekend events.”
What festivities follow the wedding on Saturday?
Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. The after party will take place in the same location, with a special appearance by Carneyval and DJ Doz: their first joint set since the Danger Beach pool party of 2014 (if you know, you know….Simone doesn’t know).
What is the attire for every event?
Welcome Drinks & Pizza: Casual Chic!
Casual sundresses, shorts, tops, and sandals for the ladies, and t-shirts or short sleeve button ups with shorts or pants for the men.
Rehearsal Dinner: Cocktail Attire
Semi formal evening wear. Slacks and button downs for men (no tie or jacket needed, pending your personal preference). Dresses or slacks for women.
Wedding: Black Tie
Tuxes and floor length dresses strongly preferred.
